Zhejiang Taiyi Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd, was founded in 1992, as a national-level high-tech enterprise. It is the regulation drafting unit of the National Standard GB17945-2010/2024 "Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indicating System" and GB51309-2018 "Technical Standard for Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indicating System". It is also a member unit of the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China and the China Fire Protection Association (CFPA).
The company covers an area of more than 13 hectares, with 40,000 square meters of factory buildings and a 2,000-square-meter "Fire IoT" exhibition hall. It has more than 300 staff members and an annual output of over 10 million units. The company is equipped with the most advanced automatic assembly and testing production lines for fire alarm system smoke detectors, as well as arc welding robots, multi-functional numerical control punches, automatic SMT lines, wave soldering machines and other sophisticated equipment. The testing center covers an area of 600 square meters and is equipped with complete high-end testing equipment, including a constant temperature and humidity laboratory, pulse group generator, lightning and surge generator and other professional testing devices.
Adhering to standardized operation, the company has obtained three major management system certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001 and GB/T28001, and is one of the first enterprises approved for fire-fighting product certification and 3C certification in the industry. With more than 30 years of in-depth cultivation in the fire protection industry, the company has developed 8 main product series. It is one of the few enterprises capable of providing integrated fire control solutions and took the lead in committing to the innovative development of the "Fire Fighting IoT". Taiyi was awarded the title of "National Specialized, Refined, Peculiar and Innovative Giant Enterprise" in 2022.
Thành lập từ năm 1992, Zhejiang Taiyi Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. là doanh nghiệp công nghệ cao cấp quốc gia và là đơn vị tiên phong về công nghệ trong ngành PCCC tại Trung Quốc. Taiyi tự hào là đơn vị nòng cốt tham gia biên soạn các Tiêu chuẩn Quốc gia quan trọng như GB 17945-2010/2024 (Hệ thống chiếu sáng sự cố và chỉ dẫn thoát hiểm) và GB 51309-2018 (Tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật hệ thống chiếu sáng sự cố & chỉ dẫn thoát hiểm). Sở hữu khuôn viên rộng hơn 13 ha (~130.000 m²) với 40.000 m² nhà xưởng hiện đại và Trung tâm trải nghiệm "IoT PCCC" rộng 2.000 m², Taiyi quy tụ hơn 300 nhân sự chuyên môn và đạt sản lượng hàng năm trên 10 triệu sản phẩm. Hạ tầng sản xuất thông minh của chúng tôi tích hợp dây chuyền lắp ráp & kiểm thử tự động cho đầu báo khói, robot hàn hồ quang, máy đột CNC đa năng, dây chuyền SMT tự động và máy hàn sóng. Trung tâm kiểm định rộng 600 m² của công ty được trang bị đầy đủ các thiết bị thử nghiệm cao cấp như phòng thử nghiệm nhiệt ẩm ổn định, máy tạo xung đột biến EFT và máy mô phỏng xung sét quá áp.
Taiyi vận hành theo các tiêu chuẩn quản lý quốc tế ISO 9001, ISO 14001 và ISO 45001 (GB/T 28001), đồng thời là một trong những đơn vị đầu tiên trong ngành đạt chứng nhận sản phẩm PCCC bắt buộc (Chứng nhận 3C). Với hơn 30 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên sâu, công ty cung cấp các giải pháp điều khiển PCCC tích hợp toàn diện gồm 8 dải sản phẩm chủ lực và tiên phong phát triển hệ sinh thái "IoT PCCC". Năm 2022, Taiyi vinh dự được Chính phủ trao tặng danh hiệu cao quý: Doanh nghiệp "Little Giant" Cấp Quốc Gia (Chuyên nghiệp - Tinh gọn - Đặc sắc - Sáng tạo).
