Product Information Smart Early Warning System is an IoT- and AI-based solution for real-time slope failure prediction and automatic alerting. GFRP sensor rods equipped with high-sensitivity strain gauges detect displacement near potential failure planes, regardless of failure depth, with resolution down to 0.01 mm. Data are transmitted through IoT sensor nodes, LoRa, a gateway, and LTE to a server, where an ML-based algorithm evaluates displacement velocity and collapse risk. Alerts and monitoring information are rapidly delivered to managers’ smartphones. The system supports solar-powered, low-power operation, integration with additional sensors, and cost-efficient installation using compact equipment and a small crew.
