Case Study – Petro Vietnam Landmark
At Petro Vietnam Landmark Apartment Complex, frequent false fire alarms caused repeated complaints from residents and disrupted daily operations. The building's property management company, Oliver, adopted BDApp to improve fire safety management. By monitoring and managing the fire protection system through the BDApp platform, the number of false alarms was significantly reduced, improving operational efficiency and enhancing residents' quality of life. More importantly, at the end of 2025, an actual fire broke out in one of the apartment blocks late at night while no on-site staff were present. Thanks to BDApp, the incident was detected immediately, verified remotely, and responded to in a timely manner, preventing the fire from spreading and avoiding any significant damage.
