Crack N™ is an AI-powered crack measurement device for concrete structures. A compact imaging unit photographs the crack, and AI analyzes the image to measure crack width down to 0.01 mm — no manual crack gauge needed. Linked to a smartphone app, every measurement is automatically saved with its location, photo and history, building a digital crack ledger for each structure. Repeated measurement at the same point tracks crack propagation over time, and abnormal changes trigger alerts through the OASIS SYSTEM platform. Applications: safety inspection and periodic diagnosis of bridges, tunnels, buildings, retaining walls and dams; construction quality management (digital crack ledger); long-term monitoring of aging infrastructure. Digital crack management at high-rise apartment construction sites (Korea)
Crack N™ is used together with OASIS SYSTEM at major Korean construction projects, including the ACRO de Seocho apartment complex in Seoul and the Hoban Summit apartment in Cheonan, replacing paper crack ledgers. Field engineers photograph cracks with Crack N™; AI measures the width to 0.01 mm and records the result directly on the site drawing with photos and history. Crack data became accurate, traceable and instantly shareable between site and office, and inspection and reporting time was sharply reduced. The device is also used in periodic precise safety inspections of industrial plants (Moorim Paper, Iljin Steel).
