Aspirating Smoke Detector (ASD) is an advanced fire detection system that continuously draws air samples through a network of sampling pipes installed throughout the protected area. The sampled air is analyzed by a highly sensitive optical detection chamber capable of identifying ultra-fine smoke particles at the earliest stage of combustion—often before visible smoke is present. This enables rapid warning and early intervention, significantly reducing the risk of fire escalation.
Our ASD is the first domestically developed ASD in Korea to achieve UL certification, demonstrating compliance with internationally recognized safety and performance standards. With its high sensitivity, reliability, and robust design, it is ideally suited for mission-critical facilities such as data centers, semiconductor manufacturing plants, cleanrooms, telecommunications facilities, and other high-value infrastructure requiring continuous fire protection.
